Millions of dollars in real estate is lost every year at real estate tax sales. Lenders and homeowners often lose properties for a fraction of their worth. Savvy investors can receive a high return on investments made in acquiring properties at tax sales.

For those involved in these transactions, finding an attorney with experience in real estate tax sale law can be difficult.

The Real Estate Tax Sale Law Network and its website, retslnetwork.com, will allow those needing legal assistance to find a lawyer specializing in real estate tax sale law.

By logging onto our website and entering some basic information, lenders, investors and homeowners will be connected with accomplished, expert attorneys well-versed in the theory and practice of real estate tax sale law no matter the state.

The foundation of RETSL Network will be its nationwide network of member attorneys and law firms which will be prominently featured on our website.

Members of RETSL Network can expect to receive cases involving, but not limited to litigation to:

• Set aside tax sales
• Quiet or clear title
• Defend actions brought by borrowers for negligence or lost equity

As real estate tax sale laws vary significantly by state, RETSL Network is accepting applications for membership from attorneys, with members in all 50 states projected by April 1, 2010.

For an annual membership fee, approved attorneys and firms will be directed case files received through our website and lender/investor subscribers.
